Funeral For A Friend are back with to reissue a re-mastered, remixed and expanded version of their groundbreaking first EP Between Order And Model. The release follows a run of headline dates in the UK at the start of October, which will see FFAF playing both BOAM and their Four Ways To Scream Your Name EP in their entirety at each show, amongst other classics and cuts from this year’s Conduit album.
It’s no secret that many believe that FFAF became a little soft around the edges. Becoming nearly unrecognisable from their beginnings at the forefront of the ‘screamo’ movement in 2002. However, over the last few releases they’ve followed the old cliché and gone back to their roots but in the best possible way, with a string of intimate shows and this re-release of their first and most seminal work.
The newly remixed and re-mastered four original songs have been enhanced with three rare and unreleased tracks from the same recording session and live versions recorded by the current line-up.
They’ve done what every fan wants their favourite band to do and reminded them why they’ve stuck by them all these years.
