Joe Stump (生于1960年9月18日 )是一名美国吉他大师和作曲家。 他的演奏风格是和瑞典著名金属吉他大师Yngwie Malmsteen相近的新古典主义金属。在效力能量金属乐队Reign of Terror（已解散）的同时也进行个人Solo活动。这已经是他的第十张全长专辑，另外出过四张精选及一张现场CD。另外，他也在交响能量金属乐队 HolyHell中担任主音吉他手。Joe Stump是名专业的速弹吉他手，在“Guitar One”该杂志评选出的史上十佳速弹中排名第六位。大师本人在位于波士顿的伯克利音乐学院教学多年。
