This is What the Edge of Your Seat Was Made For is the first release by English metalcore band Bring Me the Horizon, released on October 2, 2004, through Thirty Days of Night Records in the UK and on November 21, 2005, through Visible Noise records in the US. The EP is slightly less polished and more Botch-inspired metalcore than the deathcore of their debut full length album, Count Your Blessings.
