Bad even for GG Allin, this is an album of live performances culled from his 1989 tour, which ended with his conviction for felonious assault. As the liner notes say, "during the majority of the tour, GG did not know or care where he was." Besides the prerequisite awful sound quality, he has a major problem singing into the mic. For that matter, he has a major problem singing in general, preferring a drunken, guttural, sometimes-understandable growl that often resembles vomiting. Any suspicions that Allin is just acting should be allayed by the psychotic rambling on "Jesus and Mother's Cunt." He also has some unsavory comments about TV-host Morton Downey, Jr., stemming from a confrontational appearance on Downey's show.
