At its best, Arling & Cameron's first full-length, All In, captures the good-humored, freewheeling spirit of late-'90s Japanese pop, albeit with a greater electronica edge. At times, their reckless experimentalism results in some awkward juxtapositions, but more often than not, the abruptness with which Arling & Cameron are able to switch styles is intoxicating.
