A band who dares to catch you off guard, and if you can do that, you are in the right spot with me. When ‘God Of Lies’ kicks off the album, you get the impression that you are listening to nu-metal revelation number 665. If you turn the CD off, you are going to miss out on all the fun. Because picturing Cilice as a nu-metal band is actually an insult. The atmosphere of ‘Deranged Headtrip’ is that of the early Fear Factory albums
. Actually there is one disadvantage with ‘Deranged Headtrip’: with its 36 minutes of playing time it’s just too damn short.
