In the late 1990s, Jaguares became one of the most commercially successful Latin rock bands from Mexico, welcoming the new millennium with a sophisticated and well-balanced album titled Cuando La Sangre Galopa, featuring the hit single "Como Tú," orchestrated "La Vida No Es Igual," goth/rock-oriented "Viaje Astral," and alternative Latin pop/rock "El Aislamiento," "El Momento," and "El Ultimo Planeta." Co-produced by Jaguares' leading singer Saúl Hernández, this record brings an interesting contemporary side of the band without leaving behind their characteristic strumming of the electric guitar.
