时隔三年,Paolo Nutini带来了他的第二张全新专辑。之前听过Candy之后，就开始对这张专辑期待了起来。年轻的他，有着与年龄不相称的“大叔嗓”，粗矿的嗓音夹带着些些沧桑感，也因为这个特质，常被用来和James Blunt比较。这次的封面选用了一副漫画作品，其中的内容再结合专辑标题Sunny Side Up，让人自然的联想到美好恬淡的生活。也正是如此，专辑大部分的作品基调都是比较洋溢的，诸多歌曲中都透露出爵士，民谣与乡村的味道。诸多配器的搭配，让歌曲的内容更加的饱满了。习惯了上一张专辑的忧郁，不知道你们会不会习惯这张专辑的阳光呢？

Nutini and his band, The Vipers, toured the United States briefly before a UK tour prior to the album's release and will tour the United States in July/August.
