In one of the most unexpected signings of recent years, mathcore pioneers The Dillinger Escape Plan moved from Relapse Records to Season Of Mist, a label best known for symphonic black metal. This, their fourth full-length album and follow-up to 2007's 'Ire Works', sees them continuing to plow their own idiosyncratic furrow, mashing together jazz, electro and pop with their own trademark technically astounding metal.
