Cerebral Cereal专辑介绍

Cerebral Cereal? Nothing like death metal with a smile. With their brutal intensity, blinding speed, and disgusting lyrics, Holland's Pyaemia is a direct throwback to the glory (or is that gory) days of grindcore's late-'80s and early-'90s heyday. Aesthetic comparisons to original giants of the genre Carcass and Napalm Death are therefore inevitable (actual quality is another story), but with their gore-obsessed subject matter, tracks like "Gorging on Mucus and Bile," "Malodorus Rancidity," and "Sugar Spiced Anus" (huh?) are as amusing as they are aggressive. Not exactly dinner music, but extremely capable death metal nonetheless, this brings little innovation to the field, but offers enough pure energy to keep things interesting.
