Far beyond the clouds in the air,
There's an Oath that's been waiting to be heard...
Hanging in my life, always there,
It's a promise in unspoken words -- where time stands still.
That Voice, someone's there,
Keeps on telling me I have to be freed,
Yet, it makes me feel oh so scared,
Of getting across 'The Night' -- this dark...
'The Endless Dream'...

Then You gave to me 'The Clue' -- 'The Answer' I must have found...
Long before...
Too weak to open my eyes, too weak to say... 'yes'...
Everyone is a lost child, everyone is a drifter...
Frantically...
So are we, and so am I, so are you -
We walk alone...

Where... as 'The Season' comes,
You see the leaves turn red...
That's because -- they have memory... of the summer they burned in life...
Falling off the tree...
They. will. have. no regret...
And every...time you call My Name... -- I will always be there, in you.
