Yesterday will seem important
Seen through retrospective eyes
Tomorrow might just be sincere
If you respect how long we've tried

Feeling close to all the street lights
Distant signs highlight the way
The insubstantial red light greeting
Thank you I've enjoyed the stay

It means to be alive
