Meanstreak

I beleive this is the way Malcolm would have 
prefromed the song. It makes no sense why they 
would play it the way other tabs have shown it.

Either Malcolm tuned the guitar up, or used a capo. 
The only other time AC/DC tuned up was on Long 
Way to the Top to match the bagpipes. There is no 
reason to tune this song up tho. However AC/DC 
have been notorious for trying something new on each 
album. This is most likely the case of at least Malcolm 
trying out a capo. If you look at the open chords of the 
chorus, it makes sense. I dont know if Angus used a 
capo or just Malcolm? But you can also get an 
interesting lead riff sound if you put the capo on the 
second fret and use the D string as a base note with 
the lead intro riff.

To further my theory on this actually being a capo 
used.... I just meantioned that AC/DC are well known 
to try new things on each album, and this could be the 
reason why Down On The Borderline did not make the 
final cut of the BUYV album. It too seems to use a 
capo. Perhaps AC/DC felt they only wanted one 
recording of a song using a capo on the album, and 
Meanstreak was what they picked.

Also, I know the tab is not complete. But it will give you 
a better understanding of the song and in future ill get 
around to the solo.
