Warm up is a very important part in your diary practise, 
so you should dedicate around 20-30 mins to warm up 
your fingers before start practising, and it will make your 
practise more susccessfull, you磍l get better in agility, 
precision and technique.

Here you have some exercises that may help you, but 
there磗 a lot of them, anyway, don磘 forget warm up 
before playing.

You should begin slow and get a higher tempo little by 
little. Fingers numeration go from 1 = index to 4 = pinky. 
Exercises 7, 8 and 9 are the same, but with fingering 
changes.
