Kings Of The Carnival Creation

In general I modified the tab to represent the live show 
on the World Misanthropy DVD, released 2002.

Moved, changed and added notes:

Lead Guitar: 
- Virtually nothing. added a bar

Rhythm Guitar:
- 137-152: Fixed the dual solo, Silenoz doesn't play the 
solo.

-  81-88: 169-186; What I saw and heard Silenoz play 
during these bars, very similar yet different.

- 194-217: - Silenoz doesn't play the technical outro, 
fixed that by simply swapping out between the 
two guitars.

- 134; Tried to add the slide effect.

- Effects & Misc

- Converted all the "PM" texts into the palm mute 
effect.
- Some other minor tweaks.
- I moved a lot of bars between the Lead &Rhythm 
guitars

Lastly:

Bass: Mostly from the Rhythm Guitar, with a couple of 
parts were I could clearly hear the bass filled it in 
myself.

The tab sounds about right but it was disorganized, 
especially the guitars but it's well worth it's rating, like I 
said I really only moved the notes around.  I didn't 
change anything on the synth or percussion.
Correct as necessary.
