core silver wound A and D. Pop's rosin (dark) and
mutes in A and D strings (Ebony are better tourte style).
And of course a cello with a nice projection such as a
Ren Wei Shi which are really responsive in the whole
tone range. Is easier with the bow's hair in mid tension.
